We are a group of farmers who joined up to manage our crops better. Most of our time is spent in the fields checking the bunches and making sure the trees are propped up right so they don't fall over. The Guntur heat is good for the bananas but it is hard on the people. We usually start our work very early to avoid the worst of the sun. The office at D.No 2-119 is just a plain building where we meet to talk about the harvest. We don't have any fancy talk or big promises. We just grow the fruit and try to make a living from it. There’s always a lot of heavy lifting involved when it’s time to cut the bunches. We use a few trucks to move things around. It’s a very local operation and everyone knows everyone else. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep the farms in Oleru going. It's a simple, honest way to spend the day. There is always a lot of work to do.
