Wns Global Services

Wns Global Services is located at 64 South Ganesh Nagar, right across from the Mother Dairy on Patparganj Road in Delhi. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here. We work out of this building doing all sorts of back-office tasks and data stuff. It’s a lot of people sitting at rows of desks with headsets on. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once. We aren't some fancy high-rise office in a tech park; we’re right here in the middle of a regular neighborhood. You can see people buying milk across the street while we’re working on spreadsheets. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the location is easy to find. We have a break room where the microwave is always in use. The work is steady and mostly involves processing information for other companies. We don't do anything flashy. It’s just about getting the data right and meeting the daily targets. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of working in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit and making sure the clients are satisfied with the numbers we send them. By the time the shift ends, we’re all ready for some fresh air. It’s just a normal job with normal people.
