Uday Engineers

Our place at 345 Pandav Nagar is where Uday Engineers has been operating from for a while now. It’s a bit of a mix of a residential area and small businesses, so it feels quite neighborly. We aren't some giant engineering firm with hundreds of employees and a glass building. It’s just us in a modest space where we can focus on the technical stuff we do. Most of our days are spent surrounded by tools, drawings, and parts that are waiting to be put together or fixed. The workspace can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a project, but we usually know where everything is. We don't really do the whole polished corporate look because that’s not who we are. We’re more about getting the job done right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and you can see the lights on at 345 from the street. The neighbors are used to us by now. We try to keep the noise down, but engineering can be a bit loud sometimes. We don’t have a fancy reception desk; you usually just walk in and find one of us working. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve the problems that come across our desks without making too much of a fuss.
