Our place, Tecnimont Icb Ltd, is at House No C/34 in Pandav Nagar. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a long time. It’s a busy neighborhood. There is always something going on outside our windows. The house itself is nothing too special, just a regular building that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is exactly how we like it. We don't go for the corporate look at all. There are no receptionists in suits here. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We handle everything ourselves, from the paperwork to the cleaning. Pandav Nagar has a lot of character, and we feel like we fit right in. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just work around it. That is just life in Delhi. We have a small team, and we mostly just focus on getting our daily lists finished. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind what we do. We just show up and do the work that's expected of us. It’s a simple way to live and work. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and it’s nice to be in a place where people recognize you. Tecnimont Icb Ltd isn't some big nameless company; we are just the folks over at C/34. We've been here since the start and we plan on staying.
