Sylos Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based in Office No.14 at the Deluxe B-5 building in Vasundhara Enclave. We are situated right near the bus stand, so there is always the sound of traffic and people shouting outside our windows. Inside the office, it is a bit more quiet, but it is definitely crowded. We have desks covered in blueprints, stacks of files, and computers that we use for all our technical drawings and project planning. We are a small team and we spend most of our time looking at designs or talking to contractors on the phone. When a client comes in, we usually have to clear off a big table so we can spread out the large sheets of paper to show them the plans. We do not have any fancy furniture or a receptionist to greet people at the door. If you come by, you will probably just find us hunched over our work. We take our lunch breaks at the little food stalls near the bus stand because it is quick and easy. Our focus is on getting the math right and making sure the engineering plans actually work for the guys on the construction sites. We have been in this spot for a long time and we know the neighborhood well. It can get stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we just put our heads down and get the job done without making a big deal about it.
