Subhash Masala Co.Pvt.Ltd. is located at F-15, Subhash Chowk, Laxmi Nagar. If you walk by our place, you will probably smell the spices long before you actually see our sign. We have been grinding and mixing various masalas for many years now. It is a family-style operation even though we are technically a private limited company on paper. The workspace is full of heavy bags of turmeric, red chili, and coriander. It gets a bit sneeze-inducing sometimes when the grinders are running, but that is just part of the daily job for us. We do not have a lot of automated systems doing the work. We still like to check the colors and the textures of the spices ourselves to make sure they are right. The shop area is usually busy with local people coming in for their monthly supply of spices. We are not a big factory located out in the far outskirts of the city. We are right in the middle of everything in Laxmi Nagar. Our staff are mostly local people from around the neighborhood. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing department to tell our story. We just rely on the fact that people know our spices are good and fresh. It is very straightforward work. We wake up, grind the spices, pack them into bags, and sell them to whoever walks in. We do not try to make it sound like something more than it really is. It is just food and hard work.
