Stout Infra Engineering is based in Hasanpur Village, which is part of the IP Extension area. We are located at Plot No 46 A, on the ground floor. It is near the village, so the surroundings are a bit different from the high-rise offices you see in other parts of Delhi. Our office, number 101, is a practical space for our engineering work. There are a lot of files, some technical drawings, and computers where the planning happens. It’s a ground-floor unit, which makes it easy for people to drop by without dealing with elevators or long waits. The area around Hasanpur-Patparganj can be quite busy, but our spot is relatively tucked away and quiet. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s not a sleek corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a working office where we deal with infrastructure projects. You might see some equipment or site gear lying around from time to time. We don't put much stock in having a fancy looking front office. We just need a place where the team can sit and get the engineering details right. Most of the people we work with know the location well and just head straight here. It’s a solid, local engineering firm doing its daily tasks. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the projects on our table. There's always coffee in the pot and plenty of blueprints spread out over the desks for us to review.
