SPStrategies operates out of Building No. 32-A in Village Patparganj. It’s on the ground floor, which makes it much easier for us to move equipment and files in and out without any fuss. Being in Mayur Vihar Phase-1, we’re in a spot that feels like a mix of old village vibes and newer developments. It’s a bit of an interesting place to work every day. Our office is simple and stays pretty busy most of the time. We deal with various strategies for different projects, which basically means a lot of planning and sitting in meetings. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just one of us answering the door if someone knocks. The Khasra number is 490/106, in case someone is looking for the specific plot in the village records. We’ve been in this part of East Delhi long enough to know all the shortcuts through the narrow lanes when the traffic gets bad. It’s a practical location for us. We aren't doing anything flashy or expensive. Most of the time we’re just sitting around a table trying to figure out the best way to move a project forward. It’s hard work and it takes a lot of time, but we enjoy the process. We like the local community here and try to keep things low-key. We just do our work and go home like everyone else.
