Shanti Mukand Hospital

Being located at 2 Institutional Area on Vikas Marg in Delhi-92 means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. Shanti Mukand Hospital has been here for quite some time, and we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. This part of Delhi is always crowded, and our hospital is no different. We have a lot of people coming in every single day. The building is part of the institutional area, so there are other offices and places around us. It can be hard to find a parking spot sometimes, which we know is a bit of a headache for folks. Inside, it’s usually a hum of activity. We have doctors coming and going and nurses checking on patients in the different wards. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated explanations when we talk to patients. We just tell them what’s going on and what needs to happen next. The waiting area has some old magazines and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We are just a hospital in Delhi-92 trying to help the people who live and work around Vikas Marg. It gets tiring sometimes, but we keep showing up because we know the city needs us.
