Sculpt Partners Private Limited operates out of 202, Akashdarshan Apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase-I. Being in an apartment complex means the vibe is a lot more relaxed than those tall glass buildings downtown. We like it this way because it feels more like a real place where people actually work. The office is basically a converted living space where we have set up our computers and some shelving for all the files. Mayur Vihar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside the gate. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons talking to people who need some advice on their projects. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from making tea to filing taxes. There is no receptionist at the front desk, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest just goes to see who it is. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk here. We just try to be practical and help out with whatever problems our clients are facing. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people can find when they need us for their project needs.
