S A F Engineers is right at 12-A in the Khurji Khas Surya Kiran Complex. We are directly opposite the petrol pump, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this part of town. The complex itself is always buzzing with people coming and going. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the actual work happens. We handle a lot of engineering tasks and mechanical repairs throughout the week. You’ll usually see some of us in grease-stained clothes or carrying heavy metal parts across the floor. It can get pretty loud when we have all the tools running at once. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or a professional social media manager. We just know our way around engines and machinery. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the workspace, especially when a big order comes in and we have parts sitting everywhere. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about how to fix whatever machine has broken down this time. Being across from the petrol pump means there’s a constant stream of cars and trucks, and the fumes can get a bit strong, but that’s just life in this area. We take things one day at a time, making sure we finish what we started before the sun goes down and the complex starts to quiet down for the night, letting us get some rest before doing it all over again.
