You can find us on the first floor of Dharam Veer Market at C- 27. Being in a market means it’s always loud and there’s always something going on downstairs. We’ve got a small space up here where we manage our activities and daily business tasks. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a bit of a view of the market chaos below. The office is pretty basic, with a few desks and some old chairs we’ve had since we first opened. We don’t go in for fancy carpets or expensive art; we just need a place to sit and get our work done. Most of the day is spent on the phone or handling paperwork for the different projects we have going on. Dharam Veer Market is a landmark in this area, so we don't have to give people long directions to find us. We usually leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in the noise from the vegetable stalls and traffic below. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like the energy of the market around us. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make room for a visitor to sit, but nobody seems to mind that much. It’s just how it is when you’re working out of a busy market building. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay productive until it’s time to close up.
