Rpl Automation Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away on the second floor of a building in Pandav Nagar. Specifically, we're at A-46-B. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re not looking for it, but we’ve been here for a good while. We deal with automation parts and systems, which basically means a lot of time spent looking at wires, sensors, and controllers. The office is a bit cramped because we keep a lot of stock right here where we can see it. It makes things faster when someone calls looking for a specific part. Being in Pandav Nagar means we’re close to a lot of other small businesses, so there’s always something going on outside. We aren't a big corporation with fancy desks. Most of us just have a chair and a workbench. Sometimes the tea lady comes by, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We mostly help local factories and workshops keep their machines running. It’s practical work. If something breaks, people call us. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or complicated processes. We just look at what’s needed and see if we have it or can get it. Sometimes we’re a bit slow on the emails because we’re busy sorting through boxes, but we always get back to people eventually. It’s a honest living and we’ve made some good friends in the trade over the years.
