Roy & Co. is situated in Mayur Vihar Phase-III. We are in the MIG Flats, specifically Pocket-1, 27-B. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than some of the market locations in Delhi. Parma Nand Roy is the one who runs things here. We have converted part of the space into an office for our chartered accountancy work. It feels a bit like a home office, which makes it a relaxed place to work most of the time. We handle the usual range of accounting tasks, from GST to income tax filings. Since we are in the 110096 area, we mostly help people who live in the flats nearby or have small setups in Phase 3. The office has plenty of sunlight coming through the windows, which is nice. We have shelves lined with old tax law books and stacks of client files. It’s a very straightforward setup. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people just know our flat number and come by when they have paperwork to hand over. Working in a residential pocket means we know the neighbors and the local atmosphere well. We spend our days typing away and checking numbers. It’s steady work. We don’t use any complicated jargon; we just tell people what needs to be done with their accounts and we do it. It’s a simple, honest way to run a firm.
