We are based in Pandav Nagar, at F 211 on Street Number 2, which is near Mayur Vihar Phase I. It’s a busy little area with a lot of shops and houses all mixed together. Our workspace is pretty much what you’d expect for a local business in this part of Delhi. We have a front area where we handle most of the paperwork and a back section where the real work happens. It’s often a bit cluttered because we have a lot of materials coming in and out every week. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; usually, if someone comes by, they just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. We’ve been working here for years, and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. Sometimes we share a tea or help each other out with small things. Our days are mostly filled with checking orders and making sure everything is moving along as it should. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just want to do our jobs well and make sure we can pay the bills. It can be stressful when deadlines get close, and we definitely have our share of long nights, but that’s just how it is when you’re running your own thing. We like the grit and the reality of working here in Mayur Vihar and being part of the local bustle.
