Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited

This office is on the second floor of S 315A in the School Block of Shakarpur. It’s right here in Delhi 110092. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of exercise every day. Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited has been here for a good while. The neighborhood is always active since there are schools and other shops around. Our space is pretty simple. We have desks and chairs and not much else. It’s a functional office where we handle the paperwork and coordination. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in documents. It’s a quiet place to work despite being in a busy part of Delhi. We get along well here. There’s no corporate hierarchy feeling. We all just pitch in where we are needed. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a pain when we have heavy boxes, but we manage. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just want to get the work done right. Most of us take the metro to get here. It’s a convenient location for the staff. We don't do any self-promotion. We just focus on the day’s list of things to do. It’s a very straightforward way to run a business. We stay until the lights go off and the work is finished. Then we do it all again tomorrow. It’s just how we operate.
