A Leading Public Sector Bank

This is our bank branch over at 98 F, Pocket A 1 in Mayur Vihar Phase 2. If you know Delhi, you know this part of the neighborhood gets pretty crowded. We’ve been here for a good bit now. It’s a public sector setup, so things move at a certain pace. We have the usual counters for cash and passbooks. People from the nearby flats come in all day. It gets especially busy at the start of the month when everyone gets their pension or salary. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or anything, just some chairs and the fans running. The staff knows most of the regulars by face. Sometimes the queue gets a bit long, especially on Mondays. We try to keep the computers running smoothly, though technology can be a headache sometimes. It’s a practical place. We deal with loans, savings, and all the standard banking stuff people need. Nothing too complicated. Mayur Vihar is a busy area, so there’s always someone coming in to ask about a form or a statement. It’s a steady job for us. We just sit at the desks and help whoever walks through the door. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local branch doing its thing. We've been serving this corner of Delhi for quite some time and we're used to the noise.
