We are over in the School Block part of Shakarpur at S-299A. Rajesh Lal & Co. is a small chartered accountant firm where we handle the daily grind of financial paperwork. Shakarpur is a crowded neighborhood, and our office is right in the thick of it. We have been here for some time now, helping the locals and small businesses nearby with their tax problems. It’s a simple setup. We have our computers, some printers that work most of the time, and a lot of cabinets for all the records we have to keep. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished office decor. Our focus is just on the numbers. People come to us when they are confused about their GST or when they need an audit done for their shop. We sit down in the office, go over the bills, and try to make sense of everything together. It’s a lot of work, especially during tax season, but we just take it one client at a time. We don't try to sound like some big international firm. We are just local accountants who know how the system works here in Delhi. Sometimes the street outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but the work goes on regardless.
