We are located on the third floor of E 597, over on Street No 10 in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to us. The building is right in the heart of the neighborhood, so it’s always lively. We run our BPO operations from here, which means the office is rarely quiet. There’s usually the sound of typing, phones, and people talking all through the shift. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a gym or a cafeteria. We have a small area for water and lunch, and the rest of the space is packed with desks and headsets. West Vinod Nagar has a lot of energy, and we definitely feel that in the office. People from all over the area come here to work. We don't use a lot of big business jargon; we just focus on getting the calls answered and the data entered correctly. It can be a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but it keeps the energy high. The street outside, Street No 10, is always full of people and small shops, so there’s never a dull moment when you step out for a break. We’ve been in this building for a while now and it suits us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place where we put in the hours and get the job done.
