Our office is down on the ground floor, G-65 in Ganesh Nagar-2, which is part of the Shakarpur area. It’s not a very big space but it works for what we need. We handle healthcare products and supplies. It’s mostly boxes coming in and boxes going out. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries. The neighborhood is pretty crowded, and parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time of day. We’ve been operating out of this ground floor spot for a bit now. It’s just a regular office setup with some desks and a small storage area in the back for the inventory. We aren’t a hospital or a clinic, more of the behind-the-scenes side of things making sure the items get where they need to go. My brother and a couple of friends help run the daily operations. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything on paper until it comes back, which is annoying but we manage. Shakarpur is a busy place to work, always people moving around outside. We keep the door closed to keep the noise out mostly. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, deal with the orders, and head home when the work is done. There isn't much more to it than that, really. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
