Our spot is M-108/1 in Laxminagar, Delhi. If you know Laxminagar, you know it is one of the most crowded and lively parts of the city. The lanes are narrow and there are shops everywhere you look. We are tucked into one of those buildings. Life Medicare & Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is the name on our small board. Inside, the space is tight because we have a lot of boxes and equipment. It smells a bit like cleaning supplies or medicine most of the time. We don't have a big showroom. It is more of a place where we manage the biotech side of things and handle orders. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. We have a few small rooms partitioned off. The desks are covered in notebooks and sample kits. It gets quite noisy outside with all the rickshaws and people talking, but we are used to it by now. We spend our time checking inventory and making calls to suppliers. The lighting is bright and white, which makes it feel a bit like a clinic. It is a hardworking environment without any of the extra fluff. We just focus on the medical products and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in the heart of a very busy neighborhood, and we have been here for a good while.
