We are located over at B-128 in Pandav Nagar. Pratap Rastogi & Associates is basically just a few of us working on accounting tasks and tax filings. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood knows us as the place to go when the government starts asking for paperwork. It isn't a corporate skyscraper or anything fancy. It’s just a regular building where we keep our computers and a lot of paper files. The morning usually starts with checking emails and seeing which audits need finishing. Pandav Nagar can be a bit tight with the streets, but we like it here. It feels like home. Our work involves a lot of patience. You have to be okay with looking at spreadsheets for hours. We help out local businesses mostly. They come in with their receipts and we sort them out. It’s not very exciting work to most people, but it’s necessary for staying on track. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. It’s a small firm, and we like the personal touch of talking directly to everyone who walks in. Sometimes the office gets messy with all the documents, but we know where everything is. We just want to do a decent job so people can stop worrying about their taxes. That’s why we stay here at B-128, just keeping things moving one day at a time, every single week.
