Placement Plus

We are based in New Delhi, specifically at Home No B 1096 in Mayur Vihar. Being in Mayur Vihar is good because it’s a well-connected part of the city. We call ourselves Placement Plus, but we are really just a small group working out of a home office. It gets quite busy here. Delhi is a huge place and everyone is looking for something better. We spend our hours talking to candidates and trying to figure out where they might fit. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have our desks and our tea and we just get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets noisy, but that’s just life in a residential colony. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a job, we tell people about it. If there isn't, we say so. We don't like to waste anyone’s time. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen how the job market in India changes every year. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. People stop by or call us from all over. We just try to be a helpful link between companies and workers. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We don't use big words or make big promises. We just look at the list of openings and see who fits. That’s our daily routine in Mayur Vihar. Every day is a little different, which keeps it interesting. We are just local people helping other local people.
