We’re over on the 2nd floor of the Brahmjeet Complex in Mandaoli. It’s Flat No 4. Peoplestrong Hr Services Pvt Ltd has been based here for a bit now. Mandaoli is a busy part of Delhi, and the complex stays pretty active throughout the day with people coming and going. Getting up to the second floor is just part of our daily routine. The office isn't massive, but it's enough for what we need to do. We handle human resources tasks, so there's always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. It can get a bit cramped when we have people coming in for interviews, but we make it work somehow. We don't use a lot of corporate lingo here. We just talk like regular people and try to help our clients with their staffing problems. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much in the summer heat, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a couple of fans and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a very practical environment. We aren't interested in being the most polished company in Delhi. We just want to finish our tasks and make sure the people we work with are satisfied with what we do. It’s a simple goal, and being in a place like Brahmjeet Complex keeps us focused on the day-to-day reality of running a small office.
