Our place is at 455 on the 2nd floor of the Patparganj Industrial Estate. If you know Patparganj, you know it’s a packed area with a lot of different businesses squeezed in together. Optimum Viking Satcom India Private Limited has its office right here among all the other units. Being on the second floor helps a bit with the noise from the street, but you can still hear the traffic and the general hum of the industrial estate. It is a lot of concrete and busy roads around here. We have our setup inside with all the gear we need. It isn’t a huge space, but it fits us and the work we do. Most of the time, we are just heads down, working on technical stuff. The halls in the building are a bit narrow and there is always someone moving boxes or equipment past the door. We have been at this address for a while and it feels like home now, in a way. The neighbors are mostly other small to medium companies doing their own thing. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but that is part of working in an industrial zone. We just deal with it and keep going. It’s a practical location for a company like ours. We don’t really go in for fancy decor or anything unnecessary. It is just a functional office where the day-to-day work happens without too much fuss or extra noise from us.
