Our office is a bit more tucked away, which is good because we deal with instruments and things that need a bit of focus. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s more like a workshop that grew into an office over time. There are always boxes of components sitting in the corners. Sometimes we run out of space on the workbenches and have to clear things off just to have a seat. We’ve been here in Nirman Vihar for a long time now. The neighbors know us, and we know the guy who runs the corner shop. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. Just a door and some people inside working. The carpet is getting a bit thin in the hallway where everyone walks. We mostly spend our time looking at specs and checking measurements. It’s a lot of sitting and concentrating. For lunch, we usually walk down the street or bring something from home. It’s a simple routine. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get through the orders we have and make sure everything is sorted before we head home for the day. Sometimes the equipment acts up, but we just fix it and keep going.
