Optech Eng. Pvt. Limited is situated in New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi, specifically at E-412E. If you know New Ashok Nagar, you know it’s a very crowded area with narrow streets and buildings built very close together. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a busy engineering firm, so there’s usually a lot of blueprints, tools, and technical manuals lying around on the desks. We don't have a fancy elevator or a glass facade. You just walk in and you're right in the middle of where everything happens. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside and the general hum of the neighborhood, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time on our computers doing designs or on the phone talking to contractors. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a full crew in for a meeting, but we make it work. We aren't interested in looking like a big multinational corporation. We’re just a group of engineers and technicians who know our stuff. Usually, there’s a bit of clutter and the smell of old paper and machinery. It’s a hardworking environment where the focus is on getting the engineering right rather than having a pretty office. People come to us because they know where we are and that we’ve been here for a long time. It is a practical place for practical people.
