Our office is No.104 on the first floor of building B-110 in South Ganesh Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good space once you get there. We do a lot of structural work, so the tables are usually covered in big blueprints and calculations. It can get a bit overwhelming with all the paper, but we have our own system for keeping things in order. South Ganesh Nagar is a lively neighborhood, though our specific street is a little quieter than the main road. We spend most of the day staring at drawings or talking to people on the site through the phone. It’s a small team, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the printer makes a lot of noise, but it gets the job done. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on making sure the structures we work on are solid. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we usually end up ordering food from the place around the corner. It’s a lot of hard work and focus, but it’s satisfying to see things actually getting built. We like the local feel of being tucked away in this part of town.
