M+W Zander Facility Engineering (I ) Pvt Ltd is run from here. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those huge office blocks in Noida or Gurgaon. We do engineering work, mostly focused on facilities. There are always papers spread out on the tables and someone is usually on the phone talking to a technician. The Delhi weather can be tough, either too hot or too cold, so we spend a lot of time inside these walls. We aren't about big corporate branding or expensive decor. We have our desks, our files, and our computers. That’s about it. People in Vasundhara Enclave are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't really do the whole corporate mission thing. We just focus on making sure the buildings we look after are running the way they should. It’s practical, everyday work. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a project, but that's just how it goes. We’re just a group of people trying to do a solid job from a quiet apartment.
