We are M/S Oriental Structural Engineers (P) Limited. This part of Delhi is always packed with people and traffic. You can hear the noise from the metro and the cars all day long. Our office is just a regular building among many others. We do structural engineering work, which means a lot of drawings and calculations. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it keeps us busy. The rooms are filled with paper and old blueprints. We don’t have any modern glass walls or fancy espresso machines. We just have some desks and a lot of tea. Most of us have been working together for years. We know the neighborhood well, especially where to get the best snacks nearby. Laxminagar is a tough place to navigate, but we’ve made it our home. We don’t really bother with marketing or trying to look more important than we are. We just do the engineering work that comes our way and try to keep the clients satisfied. It’s a practical office for practical people. We usually stay until late evening to finish our reports.
