Our office is tucked away in Mayur Vihar Phase II, specifically in Pocket B, house 218 B. It is a bit of a residential area, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the middle of New Delhi. We have been operating as Mott Macdonald Private Limited from this spot for some time. It is not a massive corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we sit and work on our consulting projects. Getting here in the morning usually involves navigating the typical Delhi traffic, which can be a bit much. The neighborhood has a lot of trees and it feels like a community. Usually, you can find us hunched over our computers or discussing site plans in the small meeting area. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and coordination from here.
