Moser Baer India Ltd

This office for Moser Baer India Ltd is over in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, specifically in Janta Garden at Block F, Flat 13. It is more of a residential-style setup than a big factory. We handle the paperwork and some of the local distribution from this flat. It’s a bit tight when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. The building is older, and the neighbors are mostly families. We try not to make too much noise when moving boxes around. Living and working in Mayur Vihar is convenient because the metro is close by. We spend most of our mornings sorting through files and checking the inventory lists. It isn't a flashy place, just a workspace with some desks, a couple of computers, and plenty of storage space for the discs and products. People sometimes get lost looking for Flat 13, but once they find the Janta Garden gate, it is straightforward. We've been here for a while now, so the local tea stall knows exactly what we want. The rooms are filled with shelves from floor to ceiling. It gets busy during the middle of the month. We aren't doing any big manufacturing here, just the day-to-day administrative side of things for the company. It’s a quiet place to get work done without the distractions of a huge office building.
