We are Micro Minechem India Pvt. Ltd. and we are located over at Office No- 25 Pushpanjali, right in Karkarduma. It is a busy spot and people are always coming and going. Most days start pretty early for us here. We deal with various minechem products and minerals, which keeps everyone on their toes. It is not glamorous work, but it gets done. The office isn't huge but it fits our team just fine. Sometimes the traffic in Karkarduma is a real headache in the mornings, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this space for some time now and know the neighbors pretty well. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through and phone calls to take from different people. It gets dusty sometimes because of what we handle, but that is just part of the job. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't spend much time on fancy stuff; we just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It is a practical kind of place. You won't find any big corporate lounges here, just desks and a lot of samples lying around. People stop by to talk about different mineral specs or just to drop off papers. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic around the middle of the week. There is always a pot of tea going and we try to treat everyone who walks through the door with some basic respect.
