We’ve been here at Wa 51 in Shakarpur for a while now. Delhi is always busy, and our spot in 110092 is no different. It’s just a regular office where we handle business services for people who need them. Matrix Business Services Pvt Ltd isn’t a huge fancy place, just a group of us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud with all the rickshaws and cars honking, but we stay focused on the files and the phone calls. We deal with various admin things that businesses usually get stuck with. It’s mostly routine work, keeping records straight and making sure everything is filed where it belongs. People stop by when they have questions about their paperwork or need something scanned and sent off. We don't have a big lobby. It's just some desks, a few computers, and chairs for whoever drops in. The neighborhood has changed over the years with new shops opening up, but we’re still here in the same building. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to clients about their requirements. It isn't glamorous work, but it needs to get done so things keep moving. We try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how tight the streets can be. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to handle the busy days without much fuss.
