Our little office is located at D 186 in West Vinod Nagar. We are up on the 4th floor, so we spend a lot of time on the stairs. It’s quite close to Nalanda School, which means it gets pretty loud around the time the kids are heading home. We’ve been operating Mars Technology And Marketing Llp from this spot for a while now. It’s a simple setup with just enough room for the team to sit. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or any of that corporate stuff. Usually, there’s a stack of papers on someone’s desk and a few empty tea cups lying around by the afternoon. The neighborhood is a typical residential area, so it feels more like a home than a business hub. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on the street if you come in late, which is always a bit of a headache. We mostly just focus on the work at hand and don't really worry about the aesthetics of the place. It can get a bit hot in the summer since we're so high up in the building, but we have a couple of fans that do the trick. Most of our day is just spent talking through projects and making sure we haven't missed anything. It’s a straightforward environment where people just show up and do their jobs without much fuss or overcomplicating things. There is no lobby or anything, just a door and our desks inside.
