Mahagun India Pvt Limited is based out of Balco Apartments, specifically unit 121, over in Patparganj. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get here in the Delhi heat, but the area is familiar and we’ve settled in nicely. The office is inside the Ipex 58 complex, so it feels more like a residential spot than a big corporate building. We like it that way because it’s quieter and we don't have to deal with as much noise from the main roads. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers and the usual office clutter that accumulates over the months. We spend most of our time here just handling the paperwork and making calls. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have our small kitchen area for lunch and the main workroom. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the street below, but it's home for the workday. We’ve been here in 121 Balco Apartments Ipex 58 Patparganj Delhi 110092 for a good stretch of time and we know the local shops around the corner for when we need a snack or some stationery. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just show up, do the work that’s on the schedule, and head home. There isn't any big secret to how we operate, just people working together in a regular apartment office.
