We are a small construction group called M S Samhogunyoungconstruction P Ltd. Our main base for a long time was over in Chawri Bazar, specifically at 3578 Kuchadayaram. If you know that part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets with all the narrow lanes and constant activity. Lately, we have been operating out of our present spot at Shop Plot Complex 24 in Pandav Nagar. It is a bit different from the old Delhi side, but it works for us. We handle the usual building and structural work that comes our way. It is not always easy dealing with materials and labor in this city, but we get it done. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep our files and meet people when they need a project looked at. We spent many years at the Chawri Bazar address before setting things up in Delhi 110092. Most of our days are spent on site rather than sitting behind a desk. Construction is messy work and we don’t mind getting our hands dirty to finish a job. There are always delays with supplies or weather, but that is just how the industry is here. We just try to keep things moving one brick at a time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. Not much fancy talk here, just people who know how to put a building together and keep the paperwork straight for the authorities.
