At M S Eden Developers, we work out of C 22 in the Navkunj Apartment complex over in IP Extension. If you know the area in Delhi, we are pretty close to the Mother Dairy, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our blueprints and site plans. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the building projects are coming along. It’s Delhi, so it’s always loud and dusty outside, but inside we try to keep things organized. People stop by to ask about property or just to see how the construction is progressing. We’ve got the 110092 pin code area mostly covered. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. It’s more about sitting down with a map or a legal document and making sure the details are right. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. Navkunj is a decent place to be based, even if parking can be a total nightmare during the day. We don't use big words or try to sell you things you don't need. We just build and manage things as best as we can. Our desks are usually covered in site photos and coffee rings. It’s just how we work, focusing on the actual building side of things rather than looking polished.
