Las Especias Potlilas Especias Potli Llp is based out of Chitra Kut Apartment, specifically number 39, in East Arjun Nagar. It is a bit of a residential feel around here in this part of East Delhi. We are not in a big industrial park or a shiny glass building. Instead, we work out of this apartment setup which keeps things simple and quiet most of the time. Dealing with spices means there is usually a nice scent lingering in the hallway, though the neighbors do not seem to mind much. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and writing down what needs to go out. It is a small operation, really. Just a couple of people sitting around a table handling the paperwork and the orders. The 110092 area is pretty busy, but our specific corner stays manageable. Sometimes the delivery guys have a bit of trouble finding the right gate at Chitra Kut, so we end up walking down to meet them. It is just the way we do things. We don't have any big fancy signs or a reception desk. We just have our desks, some boxes, and the work that needs doing every day. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We have been here for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same day after day. It is just work.
