Larsen And Toubro

Our office is located inside the Retreat Apartment complex, specifically Flat C-24, over in Patpargunj. It’s one of those busy parts of New Delhi where there’s always something happening. Working out of an apartment means we have to go through the main gate and past the security guards every morning. It’s a bit different from a standalone office, but we’ve gotten used to it. The flat is spacious enough for our small team to sit and work comfortably. We have turned the living room area into our main workspace with several computers and a printer that occasionally jams. The kitchen is where we keep the kettle and some snacks for when the afternoon slump hits. From the balcony, you can see the other buildings in the complex and the traffic down on the road. It’s a very urban setting. We don't really get walk-in visitors, so it’s mostly just us at Larsen and Toubro focus on our projects. The building management is pretty strict about things, so we keep the place tidy. It’s a quiet environment once you’re inside, which helps when we have a lot of numbers to crunch. We’ve been at this Patpargunj location for a while now and it suits our needs just fine. It feels like a mix of a home and a workplace, which is quite nice actually. We just do our thing and head home when the sun goes down.
