You can find us over at B 97 in Chadha Niwas, which is right in the Old Post Office Gali in Shakarpur. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows everyone else. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect for a local CA firm. There are stacks of files on almost every surface and the computers are always humming. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the neighborhood has changed around us, but the work stays the same. People bring in their receipts in plastic bags or old folders, and we spend our time organizing everything so the tax department stays happy. It gets quite hot in the summer months, but we have some fans going and we just keep pushing through the pile of work. Ksa & Co is basically just a group of us who enjoy the numbers side of things. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that; we just show up and do the audits and the tax returns. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to wait to get out, but that’s Shakarpur for you. We see a lot of the same faces year after year, which is nice. It feels more like a community than just a business. We keep our heads down and try to get the balance sheets right before the deadlines hit us.
