We are located up on the 4th floor of J-2 in Pandav Nagar. Delhi is a big place, but this neighborhood has been home for us for a long time. As structural consultants, our days are filled with looking at load bearings and site reports. It’s a lot of sitting at desks with calculators and old blueprints. The office is usually quiet, except for when we’re arguing over a specific calculation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just stacks of papers and computer screens. People come to us when they need to know if a building is going to stay up. We take that seriously, but we don’t feel the need to brag about it. We’ve seen plenty of projects come through these doors over the years. Some are simple, some make us scratch our heads for a week. We just take it one step at a time. Pandav Nagar is a bit of a maze, but we like being part of the local scene here. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, just the one that gets the numbers right. If you climb the stairs to the fourth floor, you’ll find us drinking tea and staring at structural designs. It’s just how we operate. No bells or whistles, just the work. We take pride in our drawings and making sure the math is solid every time.
