We just show up every morning and do the work that needs to be done. Street No 07 is always full of life, especially in the early hours. We usually have a fan going to keep the air moving. It’s a modest setup for a small business. We know the people around here and they know us. There is no need for big formalities when someone comes by. We speak plainly and just get to the point. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the day, so we just take a break until it comes back on. That’s just how it is in this part of town. We are just ordinary people trying to run a business in a very busy city. Our coffee machine is broken so we drink tea from downstairs.
