K.C. Singhal & Associates (Chartered Accountant)

Our office is tucked away on the first floor of House No. 2 in the J&K Extension area of Delhi. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets nearby, which is nice when you’re trying to balance a ledger. K.C. Singhal started things here and we’ve just stayed in the same spot. We have a few rooms filled with cabinets because, even with computers, there’s still so much paper involved in accounting. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried under some folders or talking on the phone about tax filings. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and we sometimes have to tell people to mind their step. We’ve been part of this 110092 community for a long time now. It’s not a flashy place, just a regular office where we do the work that needs doing. We drink a lot of chai during the busy months like March and July. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Most of our clients are local folks or small businesses from around Delhi who need someone to look over their returns. We don’t do any big advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are and they come in when they need their accounts sorted out. It’s a simple setup and it works for us.
