Kaya Skin Clinic

You can find us at 60 C South Anarkali, right on Street Number 03 in the Chander Nagar part of Delhi. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on this street, with scooters and delivery bikes always zooming past the front door. The clinic itself is quite different from the dusty road outside because we have to keep everything very clean and white. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and making sure the treatment rooms are ready for the next person. In a place like Delhi, the dust gets everywhere, so it's a never-ending job just to keep the windows clear. Most of the people working here at Kaya have their own routines, checking the schedules on the computer and making sure the creams and lotions are all in stock. It’s quiet inside compared to the noise of Chander Nagar, which is nice for the people who come in. We don't have a huge lobby, just a few chairs and a table with some old magazines. The power goes out sometimes in the summer, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in so the machines keep working. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping clean up at the end of the shift. It’s just how it is working in this part of the city.
