It’s a pretty typical neighborhood where everyone seems to know each other. Our office is just a regular building that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not a very large area, so things can feel a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. We have our desks pushed up against the walls to make as much room as possible in the middle. There is no big lobby or polished meeting room here. If we need to talk about something, we just pull our chairs together and get to it. The floor is a bit scuffed and the paint is peeling in some of the corners, but we don't mind much. We spend most of our hours just staring at our screens or talking on the phone. Sometimes the noise from the street can be a bit distracting, but that’s just life in East Delhi. We usually get a quick snack from the vendors outside during our breaks. It’s a very down-to-earth place to work. We don't have a corporate dress code or any of those rigid rules. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. It’s a simple, practical setup that allows us to focus on the work we have to do every day.
