Design Cell

Design Cell is basically a small outfit that started over at 14/23 Geeta Colony in Delhi. It was a lively place, really crowded and full of energy. These days, though, we are actually operating out of Dubai. It’s a different world here, but we still carry that same way of working with us. We aren't some big firm with glossy brochures. It’s just us sitting at our desks, figuring out designs and trying to get the details right. The move to Dubai was a big change for the team, but we’re settling in. We still think about the old office in Geeta Colony quite a bit, especially the food nearby. Now we are in a new city, but the work is mostly the same as it always was. We don't have any fancy titles or a big management structure. Someone calls, we talk about what they need, and we get to it. It’s a lot of hours sometimes, especially with the time difference when we talk to folks back in India. We just try to stay busy and do a decent job. It’s not about being the most famous design place or anything like that. We just want to keep the lights on and keep doing what we know. It is a simple life, just in a much bigger city now. That is pretty much the whole story of Design Cell for now.
