We are over here in Flat No 20 at Kanchanchangha Apartments in I P Extension. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and the traffic outside is almost always loud. If you’ve been to this area, you know how hard parking can be. Our office is just a regular flat converted for work. We spend most of our mornings sorting through property files and taking calls about different listings in the city. The stairs in the apartment building are a bit narrow, so we usually take the lift if it’s working right. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we grab snacks in the afternoon. It gets quite hot in the summer, so the AC stays on all day. Most people coming here are looking for help with real estate stuff, and we just try to get the paperwork done correctly. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in Delhi 110092. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The security guard at the gate knows us all by name. It’s a practical place to work from. We don’t have big signs or anything, just the address on the door. It’s mostly about keeping track of who is buying what and making sure the documents are in order for the property deals we handle.
