Ivy Ventures Llp

Ivy Ventures is based at 22, Chitra Vihar, over in East Delhi. It is a regular building where we have set up our LLP. We do not have a big corporate headquarters; it is just this one spot where we manage our ventures. The area is mostly residential, so it is a bit quieter than the main city center. We like it that way because it lets us get on with our tasks without too many distractions from outside. There is a small sign outside so people do not get lost looking for us. Inside, we have our computers and a table for meetings that usually turns into a spot for drinking tea in the afternoon. We deal with various business things throughout the week. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. We don't have a massive team, just a few people who know their roles well. We don't go in for all those motivational posters or corporate slogans. We just look at what needs to be done today and try to get it finished by tomorrow morning. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a specific file, but we talk it out and move on. It is a very practical environment. We have been here for a bit and plan to stay for a while longer. It is just an honest way to earn a living in East Delhi. We keep things simple and avoid unnecessary drama.
