Idea Cellular Limited

We are based over at D 7 in Hazara Park, right in the Shivpuri area of Delhi. Idea Cellular Limited has been in this spot for quite a bit. It’s a lively neighborhood and we’re right in the middle of it. The office is just a simple room where we handle all the cellular and mobile stuff. It’s not one of those shiny buildings you see on TV. We’ve got some desks, a couple of chairs, and our computers. People from Shivpuri come in when they need help with their phone service or have questions about their bills. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the wall. We just show up every morning and see what needs doing. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is bad and people are having connection issues. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s a small operation here, so we do everything ourselves. We know the local shops and the people who walk past our window every day. It feels like a real part of the community. We don't use fancy language or try to impress anyone. We just do the work and try to get things right the first time. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business. We might get a bit loud when the tea arrives, but that's just us. It's home.
